Context
The PEDR Agroecology and Digital Technology, co-piloted by INRAE and Inria, is designed to produce innovative knowledge and build a multidisciplinary scientific dynamic to meet the challenges of the agro-ecological transition, by mobilising digital technology. The AgriFutur project brings together around ten national research laboratories with complementary disciplines and expertise in projects linked to the agricultural environment. It aims to design, model and implement adaptive management of sustainable agricultural ecosystems, assisted by intelligent technical systems (intelligent sensors, robots with low environmental impact) and to assess the reliability and acceptability of these solutions on different scales - environmental, economic and societal - taking into account a variety of environments. Agrifutur is one of the 5 winning projects in the call for proposals, which attracted 22 submissions.
